Mavens in the game room helped us a lot. Such a nice guy and made our visit more enjoyable. The staff were all friendly. The pool had a bar. The kitchenette in room had plates, cups, cutlery, a toaster, coffemaker, fridge, and microwave.

The bathtub and the balcony were amazing. I really liked that they put a screen on the balcony to reduce bugs. Perfect spot to eat breakfast or dinner.

I love the different water parks as well as having a local store near by us for any needs we might’ve had. Our suite was near everything walking distance which was a plus being that we didn’t have a rental car.

On day 1, they did not have the studio villa that I have made reservation, so they gave me a studio. On day 2 at 4:00 pm I was provided with the room that have reserved earlier. Except for that hiccup, everything else was wonderful

The amenities and the staff were wonderful. The room was impeccable. I brought my daughter and her fiance and we had an amazing time!!! We even extended our trip an extra day. Thank you to the staff that made the trip great. It was also just a short taxi ride to The Pointe.
